Including deeply personal stories, inspirational advice and practical tips, this live event will be the helping hand you need to gaining positivity, power and confidence in all areas of your life.

14+ only. 14s to 16s must be accompanied by an adult and must carry photo ID. No refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets. All under 25s may require government-issued photo ID to gain entry (see FAQs)
