Learn how being kind and helpful can support your mental health, boosting happiness and protecting against depression, and even how it can impact your heart, immune system, and even some aspects of ageing. David will share the latest ground-breaking research around kindness and also discuss the importance of being kind to yourself too, and how to best practice it. You'll also learn how to practice kindfulness - a friendly take on mindfulness - and why it can have a significant impact on your health and the impact you have on others.
